Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 cup green leafy vegetables
- 1 slice onion
- Garlic, to taste
- 1/2 hot chili pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup giant beans, cooked and chilled
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Directions: Chop and mix all the vegetables and apple. Stir in the giant beans. Mix in the olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
