Depending on your goal, I can guide your group through classes in yoga, Pilates, bootcamp or a combination.

Weight Loss and Management
Throughout my 20-year career, about 80 percent of my clients have pursued the goal of losing weight and then maintaining
their weight loss.To effectively support them, I earned a weight loss specialist certificate from the National Academy of
Sports Medicine. I have an eight week program where I offer suggestions, tools and guidance as you first begin, to make
better "bad food" choices and eventually, shift fully to healthier nutrition patterns.
