Sample Retreat day schedule:
- Meditative walk on the beach as the sun rises.
- 1 Hour of Yoga on the Beach
- Breakfast
- Group beach activity/Hike
- Lunch
- Personal Reflection Time
- Sunset Walk on the Beach
- Dinner
- Meaningful conversations
- Relaxation Yoga
$399 will include:
- 2 Yoga classes per day
- 3 Nutritious Vegetarian meals
- Transportation to and from the airport (if you are traveling with me), and hikes.
You are responsible for your flight and accommodations. I recommend Hawaiian Airlines flight No. HA39 with return flight HA40. We will be staying at the Kihei Kai and I can connect you with a fellow retreat enthusiast to share an Air B&B
