Throughout my 23-year career, about 80 percent of my clients have pursued the goal of losing weight and then maintaining their weight loss. Restrictive diets cause long term mental and physical health issues, and it is not sustainable. We will focus on eating more nutrient-dense foods, making healthier choices, and honoring one’s self. When we get enough nutrients, sleep, and exercise, our bodies will naturally fall into their own size. I celebrate the diversity of our bodies, our unique shapes, and sizes.
