Refund policy

We know plans change. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work when you book with Sustainable Fitness.

Retreats

Each retreat sets its own refund terms: the date you must cancel by, and the share of your payment that is refunded. Those terms are shown on the retreat's page before you pay, and they are the terms that apply to your booking.

  • If you cancel on or before the deadline shown for your retreat, we refund the stated share of what you paid, less the payment processing fee stated with those terms.
  • If you cancel after the deadline, the booking is not refundable.
  • Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.

How to cancel

Open the Manage my reservation page, sign in with the email address you booked with, and choose Cancel reservation. The page shows the refund you will receive before you confirm. You can also email [email protected] or call or text 503-778-0077.

If you can no longer attend

If the refund deadline has passed, contact Tahirih. You may be able to transfer your place to another person.

If we cancel a retreat

If we have to cancel or reschedule a retreat, we will contact you at the email address on your booking to arrange a refund or an alternative.

Coaching and sound bath sessions

To cancel or reschedule a coaching, training, or sound bath session, contact Tahirih as early as you can by email, call, or text.
