Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or book a retreat, coaching, or sound bath session with Sustainable Fitness, LLC ("Sustainable Fitness", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we offer

We host retreats and offer mental fitness coaching, physical fitness training, and sound bath sessions. Descriptions, schedules, facilitators, and venues on this site are given in good faith and may change. We will tell you about a significant change to a retreat you have booked.

Health and safety

Our retreats and sessions include physical activity such as yoga, hiking, and exercise. Nothing on this site or in our programs is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to your doctor before you start a new exercise, breathing, or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition or injury.

You take part voluntarily and are responsible for working within your own limits. Tell your facilitator about any condition or injury that may affect your participation. We may ask you to sign a participation agreement or waiver before a retreat or session.

Bookings and payment

  • Prices and the places available are shown on each retreat page and at checkout. Your place is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Places are held for a short time while you check out. If the hold expires before you pay, the places may be released to other guests.
  • You are responsible for giving accurate names and contact details for everyone in your booking, and for your own travel to and from the venue.

Cancellations and refunds

Each retreat has its own cancellation deadline and refund terms, shown on the retreat page before you pay. You can cancel a booking from the Manage my reservation page. Any refund is returned to your original payment method, less the processing fee stated in the terms for that retreat. Our refund policy page has more detail.

If we have to cancel or reschedule a retreat, we will contact you at the email address on your booking to arrange a refund or an alternative. We are not responsible for travel or other costs you incur.

Conduct

Our retreats depend on a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We may ask a guest to leave, without a refund, if their behavior puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the retreat. You also agree to follow the rules of the venue.

Using this website

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's reservations, or interfere with how the site works.
  • Sign-in links are personal to you. Do not forward them to anyone else.
  • The text, photos, logo, and other content on this site belong to Sustainable Fitness or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
  • The site links to services run by other companies, such as payment and scheduling providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we do not guarantee any particular result from a retreat or session.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sustainable Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. The terms in place when you book apply to that booking.
